Minister with fire best portrays Tracy
L. Williams!
She is a loving devoted wife to her husband,
loving mother to their children and grandchildren, the first lady
of Ontario Christian Center (OCC), but most importantly Mrs. Tracy
has the heart of God. Her deepest desire is to know more of God
daily as she seeks and effectively saves the lost. This dynamic,
sought-after teacher imparts the importance of obedience to the
ministry of the Holy Spirit, purposed to keep us all focused on
first things first, causing sincere repentance which leads to
true change which results in the real experience of true love
that is only given by our Father in Heaven.
In 2001 Tracy made the best choice of her life to serve the Lord
and love Him with all of her heart, soul and mind – she
rededicated her life in Chicago, IL at Living Word Christian Center
under the authority and teaching of Dr. Bill Winston. It was at
this turning point of her life that she truly began to experience
life as God intended – in His direction. During this time
she established an irreplaceable relationship with the Holy Spirit,
her true Teacher. With her focus on Him and obedience to His Word
God promoted her to yet another level.
In 2003 God told Tracy to leave her secular position to go and
preach the gospel full heartedly with no turning back. She obeyed,
knowing that God was her Source and being fully confident in what
He had spoken to her. It was only a month later that her husband
and Pastor, Dr. Juan Williams Sr. found her 3000 miles away from
his residence and ministry. Not only did God bless her with an
awesome man of God, but He positioned her as a co-laborer in ministry
where she could run with the mandate and mission God placed in
both of their hearts which is to seek and to save those who are
lost.
Tracy is overseer of the OCC Women’s Ministry (Daughters
of Increase) and Young Daughters of Increase, keynote speaker
of the Annual Daughter’s of Increase Conference, and has
recently birthed “Can We Talk Thursday’s?”
This meeting is live counseling, with real answers from real women
with no set agenda.
In 2007, Tracy launched The Voice of TLW via the web! This is
a ministry tool where she has purposed in her heart to share,
keep it real and be transparent as she walks with Christ. It is
designed specifically to inspire those that God has given her
a voice for by providing signature teachings, prayers, articles,
books and publications as resources. Tracy seeks opportunities
to help others succeed and has provided opportunities for other
women to partner with her vision thus stirring up their faith.

the globe, from LA to South Africa, to the UK.
In 2008, TLW Publications was established to provide world-class
services for those spirit-led authors and inventors who create
and desire to publish divine books and magazines of revelation.
TLW Publications is for those who dare to step out in faith and
give birth to what God placed on their heart in times past. TLW
says, “It’s time". Another entity in preparation
for it’s due season is, The Jesus Rehab project which is
a refuge for the poor in spirit; those lacking in spiritual leading,
guidance and counsel or simply for the mature in Christ who just
need some ‘Peace be still…’ time. The Jesus
Rehab project is established unto the Lord and will cause women
to experience the love of God; to know the grace of the Lord Jesus;
and to truly fellowship and communion with the Holy Spirit like
never imagined.
Tracy and her husband Dr. Juan Williams, Sr., pastor at Ontario
Christian Center in Ontario, California. They are the proud parents
of six and grandparents to seven; including triplets!
